Travelling from the south, come off the A9 at the Grantown on Spey exit and follow the A95 heading north east. Turn left (north) at the Speyside Heather Centre and follow the road about a mile with Lower Curr on the right (east side). If you get to the Rosegrove Guesthouse you have just past Lower Curr. The House

Downstairs

Modern fully fitted kitchen with double oven, grill, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, pet sleeping quarters. Breakfast room with large pine table and chairs. Lounge with satellite television and open fireplace. Wireless broadband. Sun lounge room/playroom. Downstairs bathroom/shower room.

Upstairs

3 bedrooms with one double and two twins. Bathroom with bath and second shower.

Pets

Pets are permitted. There is a double dog basket in the utility room (we request that dogs not be allowed upstairs). The quiet woodlands opposite are ideal for dog walkers. (If your dog does one in the garden please pick up – there is a dog waste drain opposite from the kitchen door.)

Smoking

No smoking indoors please.

Other

Oil fired central heating. A warm house with lots of radiators. Patio facing south with views south. Adjacent to woodland walks (path starts directly opposite house).
